Notice of Annual Meeting: Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012
The annual meeting of Dawson-Boyd Arts Association will take place prior to the Winterfest performance by Kevin Kling & Simone Perrin. We will also recognize our wonderful volunteers with coffee and dessert in the lobby beginning at 7:00pm.

Our Mission:
Dawson-Boyd Arts Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to nurturing the visual and performing arts for residents in west-central Minnesota. We present a variety of quality arts events each season and provide opportunities for local musicians to perform and local artists to exhibit. Additionally, we arrange for professional performances, master classes and workshops for students.

Our History:
Dawson-Boyd Arts Association began in 2001 when the Dawson-Boyd High School Auditorium was renovated and dedicated as a performing space. Dawson-Boyd Arts Association functions with a ten-member volunteer board of directors, a performing arts director and member volunteers. Memorial Auditorium is located in the Dawson-Boyd High School.

Directions to Memorial Auditorium:
Memorial Auditorium is located on the west side of the Dawson-Boyd School campus with its entrance at 601 9th Street.  Parking is available in two lots near the school and on surrounding streets. Dawson is located on US Highway 212 17 miles west of Montevideo, MN; 60 miles east of Watertown, SD; 45 miles northwest of Marshall, MN; 60 miles southwest of Willmar, MN.

Directions from Highway 212:
South on 6th Street (also County Road 23) to Chestnut Street; west three blocks to 9th Street. North on 9th Street to Memorial Auditorium.
